privacy policy

when you sign in with discord, UNCHARTABLE stores the minimum profile information needed to operate your account: your discord user ID, username, display name, avatar URL when available, and authentication data handled by supabase.

chart and pack submissions include the details needed to validate, moderate, publish, update, and deliver them. this can include titles, artists, charters and contributors, difficulties, descriptions, permission evidence, archive and cover paths, preview metadata, moderation notes, status history, and the submitting account.

community features can store follows, private saves, likes, comments, replies, mentions, reports, notification preferences, notification history, views, and download records. feedback can include its message, page URL, optional contact information, screenshot, and account ID when signed in.

UNCHARTABLE does not intentionally create advertising profiles, sell personal data, collect precise location, or use browser fingerprinting for marketing.

UNCHARTABLE never asks for or stores your discord password. authentication is completed by discord and supabase.

account information keeps you signed in, connects activity to the correct profile, refreshes discord profile details, and protects account-only and admin-only actions.

submission data powers moderation, public chart and pack pages, previews, downloads, updates, search, profiles, and the UNCHARTABLE app integration.

interaction data powers follows, private saves, comments, mentions, notifications, moderation reports, counters, and features that help creators understand activity on their work.

approved and pre-approved charts can appear publicly with their title, artist, charter and contributor names, difficulties, description, artwork, preview, showcase, update history, counters, comments, packs, and download options.

public profiles can display the name, discord username, avatar, bio, social links, selected header artwork, favorite or pinned charts, followers, following, charts, packs, and contributions chosen for the profile.

pending, rejected, deleted, and edit-review records are limited to the people and administrators who need them. rejection reasons and repair details can be shown to the submitter.

UNCHARTABLE uses supabase for authentication and database services, cloudflare for hosting, workers, security, and R2 file delivery, and discord for login and profile information. these providers process data only as needed to deliver their services under their own terms.

youtube embeds, google drive links, github downloads, and other external links are optional third-party services. opening or playing them can send request data to that provider and is governed by that provider's privacy policy.

authentication can use cookies or browser storage to preserve a signed-in session. UNCHARTABLE also stores interface preferences such as theme, filters, dismissed notices, and selected view locally in your browser.

clearing site data can sign you out, reset interface preferences, and make dismissed notices appear again.

account, submission, interaction, and moderation data is kept while it is needed to operate the related feature, preserve content history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet a valid removal request.

you can edit supported profile and submission fields from the site. you can also request correction or removal of account-related information by contacting UNCHARTABLE. limited moderation and security records may be retained when necessary to protect the service and its users.

UNCHARTABLE uses server-side authorization, database access policies, admin restrictions, upload validation, and storage controls. no online service can guarantee complete security, so only upload content you are allowed to share.
